From Occupancy checks, to status checks … let us be your “eyes and ears” and your feet on the street.

Perhaps you want someone to accompany you to a property for safety sake.  Perhaps you need someone to run by a property for an appointment, but your schedule doesn’t align with theirs.  Perhaps you simply want an extra set of eyes to check out work done by someone else … Quality Assurance (QA).  Maybe you need someone to meet the police to file a report.  Maybe you need someone to meet with a concerned neighbor, or the local Home Owners Association (HOA).

For a monthly flat-fee, we’ll run by the property as many times a month as needed (within reason).  Volume discounts are available.

We’ll take pictures and report back as you require.  We’ll also tidy up a bit … pick up mail, newspapers, flyers, etc.
