The property is placed in your portfolio, but you don’t have a way in.  Perhaps you need a rental property re-keyed after a former tenant has moved out.

• Help you determine physical occupancy
• Gain access in a non-destructive manner
• Re-key any or all of the exterior door locks and/or deadbolts … we can provide you a master key for all properties that you have us rekey, or we can re-key with a uniquely keyed lock if that’s what you require
• Make sure all other exterior doors and windows are locked and secured
• Place either an Alpha or a Numeric contractor lockbox and/or your FMLS lockbox
• Place your signage
• Walk the property to note any issues or concerns
