Dogwood is a local provider of Property Preservation services to REO Agents in the Atlanta market whose clients (lenders or Asset Managers) rely on the local REO agent to provide these initial services to the properties in their portfolios.  While many of the properties in our clients portfolio’s may have been serviced by a national service provider, or by the banks own Field Services folks, our clients find that we provide that extra level of service not found in a national provider.
